As quoted by the FAE Business School (you can see the full text here), the debate about the importance of inclusion and diversity in the corporate environment has grown in recent months. In the last year alone, the number of searches for the terms on YouTube grew by 71% and 24% respectively. Today in Brazil there are twice as many searches on topics related to diversity as in 2012.

In the context of work, diversity is about uniting different and complementary perspectives by ensuring the recruitment, retention and development of varied talents by an organization, whether in gender, age, ethnicity, race, sexual orientation, religion, as well as cognitive, intellectual, physical, linguistic, experience and background diversities - there are many!
Diversifying a company can show the fulfillment of its social responsibility in face of the plurality existing in society. Initiatives of this type should be seen not as an obligation, but as an opportunity, generated both for the people hired and for the organization, strengthening everyone.
The Consultant will perform the Services remotely or in person, participating in meetings, working groups, teleconferences and calls with any of the company's representatives that they deem convenient, using all their expertise to provide the Services.
The Services will be provided throughout the term of the Contract which can be from 6 to 12 months.
- Study of the current scenario of the company;
- Short, medium and long term goals.
